Who would of thought that talking about Stewardship and Money during an economic earthquake would inspire so much spiritual momentum and maturity. The First Fruits of this Campaign for us as a Faith Community here at New Life over the last 100 days!

1. Direction:

as we have been able to articulate and communicate our vision clearly.

2. Catching the Vision:

Individuals & families committing to the vision of our church

3. Determining God’s Voice:

People learning to hear/recognize the voice of God in their lives

4. Spiritual Maturity:

Through determined Lordship and the taste of Sacrifice people have deepened their commitment to Christ

5. Active Mentorship:

In talking about and challenging in the area of lordship and sacrifice, our elders have discovered a platform of relevancy, mentorship, leadership, and impartation to a younger generation

6. Faith:

Faith has become a fresh idea again

7. Ownership:

Taking ownership of what has given us has become natural (we are seeing the fruit of this in our ministry teams, outreaches, and events)

8. Peace:

Our ability to be ON TIME with the Lordship question and recognizing that God is able to put a covering on that which belongs to Him has been tremendous for our congregation as they that not had to panic through all of this economic uncertainty

9. Discipleship:

As our people are tasting the idea of sacrifice they are learning discipleship, I believe that this campaign has been more about making disciples than anything else.

10. Momentum:

There is an excitement in the air New Christians and New Comers are approaching us and saying “I am ready”, and older Christians are saying “I knew there had to be more in my life and this is it!”.

Why are we doing this Campaign?

We believe that there is more than enough here for us to do what God has called us to. This has been an incredible journey for us as a faith community. It’s time for us to answer the Lordship question in our lives. It’s time for us to take ownership of what God has given us. It’s time for us to step up to what we can do and see what God can do through us as we recognize His voice in our lives, Trust in His goodness, and respond in obedience to what he would call us to.

How can I be apart of this incredible Opportunity?

Pray for the dream to be realized! Ask God to give you direction regarding a financial commitment over the next three years! And participate in making the commitment a reality by laying a commitment on the threshing floor during our Celebration Service Today!

How is this giving different from my tithes & regular offerings?

Our tithes, (the first tenth of our income) and our offerings, (gifts we give on a regular basis above and beyond our tithes as God enables.) It’s OUR Turn Campaign, is a freewill commitment that will enable us reach beyond our ongoing expenditures over the next three years. This will prepare us for the future by completing our sanctuary, roof, & parking lot while helping us to pay down the remainder of our debt following the sale of the 5th & Warren Property.

Where exactly will these committed gifts be going?

These funds & resources will go into a special account that can only be used for the specified purpose of what has been stated in the Campaign Brochure, all funds exceeding the construction costs will go towards debt reduction of
our loan.

When will construction begin?

We have committed to incurring no more debt. As the finances become available we will begin construction immediately. We already have estimates on these projects and are ready to go.

What if my circumstances change?

That is understandable, just simply call our office and let us know what you will be changing on that commitment to, (increase or decrease,) as we understand that there can be a lot of uncertainties in life.
